Mexican stuffed shells

Hi there!  We're so glad you stopped by!
Today I am going to share another of my favorite recipes with you!  Mexican stuffed shells!
I can assure you that they taste A LOT better than they look in the pictures.  Who knew stuffed shells would be so hard to photograph?!

What you'll need:
1 package jumbo shells, cooked and drained
1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup shredded mexican cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook and drain shells.  Separate them on a clean surface.
Brown hamburger with taco seasoning and cream cheese.
Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with the salsa.
Use a spoon to fill each shell with the meat mixture.
Line the filled shells up in the pan.
Pour the taco sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top of the shells.
Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

You can serve them with sour cream, black olives, lettuce, tomato, or any of your favorite taco toppings!

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
